   Combined CIO and CISO at Replimune, I led the transformation of the Information Technology department, enhancing the company\'s operational capabilities in both general and GxP (Good Practice) areas. Over my four years, we evolved from minimal IT resources to achieving a CMMI level 4 maturity, successfully passing all FDA and SOX audits and inspections. When I joined, all IT functions were outsourced to a Managed Service Provider (MSP). I initiated the insourcing of IT, which significantly expanded our systems, cybersecurity infrastructure, and IT operations. Key accomplishments included the acquisition and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP for Finance and Supply Chain, a 40 billion record Oracle enterprise data warehouse (EDW), and a comprehensive Enterprise CRM to support commercial operations. I also integrated Microsoft M365/Azure and various on-premise and cloud-based systems for commercial, scientific, and manufacturing needs, validating systems like RIM, EQMS, MES, and others. I established a robust cybersecurity function from the ground up, developing policies, practices, and tools that exceeded expectations for a pre-commercial company. I built partnerships to implement a cost-effective, multilayered defense aligned with regulatory standards. Additionally, I transformed and insourced IT operations by creating an ITSM-based service desk and replacing the company’s infrastructure with resilient systems. I implemented enterprise backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans. Our IT infrastructure and operations across the US and UK remained highly resilient, with no outages or business interruptions.
