ABOUT DAVID KIGONGO
My practice is primarily Crime and Immigration, but involves all aspects of private client work including contentious probate and administration matters as well as administrative law. I have particular experience in Housing, real estate and banking/structured finance. My roles with the Firm include providing support to a variety of teams in the Corporate Team, advising clients on general corporate matters and drafting documents including company resolutions, legal memoranda and shareholder documentation. In addition I act for a number of charities within the Firm across a range of different departments
