Introduced new systems to better manage staff including PINC Yard Control and Manning Forecast dependant on workload planning. Managing Logistics partners for delivery solutions to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders on time in full. Working with the customer on new initiatives inviting additional customers to order though the site. Reduction of absence inclusive of LTA from 22.5% through to 0.45% YTD
