   My current responsibilities include the development, implementation, and ongoing management of all enterprise risk management processes for the company. I have developed the company’s Dodd-Frank Act stress testing practices. I provide Senior Management oversight to the company’s Loan Review, Appraisal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Anti-Money Laundering, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, and Third Party Risk Management functions. I also work closely with the company’s Audit department to ensure proper review coverage relative to the company’s risk profile. I have developed the company’s risk management processes for commercial real estate lending, the company’s proprietary lending platform, the company\'s risk assessment processes for all business areas, as well as the company\'s model risk management practices. I formed and Chair the company’s Risk Committee. I also serve on the company’s Funds Management Committee, Loan Committee, and Senior Leadership Team. I have previously served as President of the company\'s Loan Operations and as head of Compliance.
