Though my title and duties indicate that I am in sales, I bristle at this verbiage. I like to think of myself as a relationship manager. My goal is to understand your business goals and transportation needs, and then see if there is a solution that can assist you with those goals. I don\'t have these conversations to \"get the sale\", but rather to offer assistance and knowledge that my experience and education can lend to the situation. I won\'t pester you to use me or my company\'s services. I make an offer, then make myself highly available. This is an unorthodox approach, but has made this office a success. I\'m low pressure in a high pressure sales enviroment. Specialties: Intermodal transportation is the area where I have the most experience, but my history is a melding of experience and education that leaves me very well-rounded. I can speak intelligently about many facets of transportation, as I have lived many facets! My knowledge base grows each day.
