   My primary responsibility at Zachry Industrial as a project controls manager is to spearhead all facets of job site Project Controls including AWP (Advanced Work Packing) and workface planning, scheduling, change management, and cost.\\\\nI\'m responsible for overseeing the release, tracking, and close-out of IWPs to ensure alignment with AWP requirements and provide performance-driven insights/constructive feedback.\\\\nI also oversee the MOC Team who track contractual changes related to engineering rework, vendor-related charges, and subcontractor support.\\\\nFurthermore, I direct project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.\\\\nI also ensure and managing all aspects of project reporting, workface planning technical support, and earned value systems management.\\\\n\\\\nFollowing are some of my achievements at Zachry Industrial Inc:\\\\n\\\\n Developed comprehensive and fully compliant AWP plan and schedule for complex $10B and 30M LNG export while facilitating coaching, mentoring, and staff training by leveraging recruitment and project management expertise.\\\\n Directed project progress and projection reporting,(weekly cost reports, monthly cost reports, and projections, cost reporting) by overseeing Earned Value process while leveraging progress tracking tools.\\\\n Led and empowered project control personnel, devised and implemented operating policies, conducted and analyzed functional requirements, and tracked overall project progress\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
