With over a decade of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) across Europe and Australia, I specialize in driving sustainable safety cultures, implementing robust EHS management systems, and leading cross-regional teams in complex operational environments.Currently, as Regional EHS Manager for Northern Europe at Ericsson, I lead a team supporting over 15 European countries - aligning global standards with local needs to ensure compliance, innovation, and safety excellence across diverse operations. Previously, I served as EHS Lead for Western Europe (Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland) at Ericsson, and before that as an EHS Consultant with ERM, managing international EHS projects, audits, and safety leadership trainings for clients from various sectors across Europe. My early career as an Environmental Officer in Australia grounded my expertise in construction safety, environmental compliance, and site-based risk management.I hold a Master’s in Environmental Management from The University of Queensland and a Health & Safety Professional qualification from Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT).I am passionate about- Finding new and engaging ways to raise EHS awareness among employees and customers - including using XR applications to bring real-world safety scenarios to life for decision-makers- Leading high-impact teams through collaboration and data-driven insight- Making EHS not just a regulatory requirement, but a strategic enabler and value-added function that supports productivity, customer trust, and business growth.
