Accomplishments With a widening range of responsibilities, I have consistently increased actualized sales year over year through creative product and category innovation, brand and product management, and strategic partnerships. I have negotiated multiple global licensing contracts with lucrative minimum guarantees and royalty earnings for toys, pet products, apparel and collectibles, while continuing to develop strong relationships with current and future licensees. On development side, I shepherded three new brands and 40 unique products in first six months alone, with numerous more brands and products since then. Categories created and developed include seasonal outdoor products, sporting goods, e-bikes/scooters/skateboards, indoor games, STEM products, indoor activity game sets. Responsibilities My responsibilities increased over time and I have transformed the entire product portfolio from design of new products, prototypes, factory sourcing, and through branding, marketing, licensing, and partnerships. I have managed and inspired teams including leadership from art direction, designs, engineers, graphic design, merchandising, and additional business owners as needed. I review submissions from inventors and pitch new ideas as a member of the leadership team. My role requires me to stay abreast of global markets and factory sourcing (originally in the US and Asia, then most recently in Europe), market research and product planning, creative direction, product development, and more to achieve delivery dates and pricing goals.
