ABOUT DAVID K.

David is a technical and business-focused leader with 14 years of experience across public and private equity-backed oil and gas operating companies. He has extensive subsurface, asset development and A&D experience, having drilled hundreds of wells and evaluated acquisition opportunities across the Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, East Texas, and Oklahoma. Following the successful exit of Treadstone II, David became the technical lead and VP Subsurface of Treadstone In this role, David led A&D evaluation efforts and was responsible for valuing acquisition opportunities and presenting them to the Treadstone board and equity sponsor. Before joining Treadstone, David spent 8 years at BP, Vine, and Castleton Resources in various technical and management roles. At BP, David initiated and led the Haynesville multi-disciplinary development team, overseeing multiple rigs. At Vine, David optimized completion designs and well spacing, significantly improving well productivity. At Castleton Resources, David led engineering efforts for both A&D evaluations and the operated Haynesville and Cotton Valley program.
