15+ years in the chemical industry, learning operations from the ground up. I built my expertise in Lean, Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation through roles in shopfloor operations, plant management, my current BU management staff role and various cross-site projects. I lead diverse teams, to Production, Operations and Supply Chain performance with Lean methods, data-driven analysis and practical digital/AI tools. My strenghts are empatic and effective leadership, involving all levels along the change curve towards value creation; as well as strong Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and classic project management skills.
