Designed a nosecone + body CAD for 2026 chassis, helped develop/iterate preliminary undertray designs- Developed full-car aero map using OpenFoam, validated CFD with hand calcs, mesh convergence, and test data- Taught surface modeling & CFD during weekly work sessions, delegated projects among 10 aero team members- Implemented pitot tubes and tufts to validate CFD simulation results and test airflow quality around the car body- Ran CFD with thermal flow to characterize accumulator heat output and optimize radiator sizing & placement
