As a United States Air Force Veteran, Chief Executive Officer, former Elected Official and a Municipal Government Consultant, I leverage 25+ years of experience in law enforcement, public safety and municipal administration by enthusiastically providing effective and innovative solutions to local governments and organizations. I possess a very unique skillset that brings broad expertise in all facets of municipal operations, including capital planning, strategic planning, economic development, budgeting, staff development, and financial management. I have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing global cross-functional teams, developing and delivering executive-level presentations, building consensus and delivering measurable results. I have successfully guided the direction and administration of large-scale human resources programs, advanced technology research and development, integrated base defense, flight operations management, resource management, and nuclear security operations. As a former Acting City Manager and Chief Operations Officer at City of Missouri City, I oversaw the daily operations and management of a city with a population of over citizens and a budget of over $150 million. I am a Certified Public Manager Candidate, a Texas Municipal League Leadership Fellow, and a Public Elected Official of the Year Recipient. My passion is to serve my community and enhance the quality of life for all citizens.
