   As Senior Product Manager for Technosylva’s Response product line, I lead the product strategy, prioritization, and delivery of mission-critical solutions used by public safety agencies and emergency responders. This includes fiResponse, Tactical Analyst, support for select Wildfire Analyst (WFA) deployments within agency environments, and a variety of custom solutions for agencies.• Develop and execute long-term product strategies for response-focused tools that support wildfire and all-hazard incident management.• Partner with emergency response agencies to understand operational needs and translate them into actionable product development priorities.• Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, and project management teams to deliver scalable, field-ready features.• Oversee product development efforts across three engineering teams (fiResponse, TA, and mobile), including both core roadmap work and custom agency projects.• Drive value by ensuring Technosylva’s response solutions meet the evolving challenges of incident response operations, situational awareness, and interagency coordination.My focus is helping ensure Technosylva remains the trusted leader in operational technology for wildfire and all-hazard emergency response - and that our agency partners are equipped with the tools they need to protect lives, property, and natural resources.
