I help clients in two ways:LEGAL - as an experienced employment lawyer I help with legal advice and claims at the employment tribunal. My particular area of specialism is disability discrimination. When carrying out legal work I operate as a consultant solicitor. This means I am backed up by a fully regulated law firm.NEURODIVERSITY - I offer a specialist consultancy service on neurodiversity in the workplace aimed at helping both employees and employers. I am Autistic and received my diagnosis in 2019. This explains how my interest in this specialism started.
