FJC coordinator saipems Pipe-Lay Vessels J-lay + S-lay working offshore on various projects worldwide. My duties include the following:• Planning, preparation and the setup of all surface preparation and coating equipment.• Logging and improving cycle times, material rotation.• Completing, submitting daily production reports and attending daily production meetings. • Ensuring safe working practices and procedures are followed under my supervision whilst using my experience anti-corrosion field joint coating. Ensuring a quality finished product for the client.• Carrying out pre-qualification trial & pre-production trials to client specifications.• Application of Heat Shrink Sleeve.•IMPP • FBE• IMPU• Abrasive blast cleaning activities.• Equipment maintenance planning• Tie in spool field joint coating applications.• Linepipe repairs.•Project documentation review• Reinforcing Health and Safety policies on site for my team, through use of TBT, RA, JSA, PTW.
