ABOUT DAVID JOHNSTON
David L. Johnston Partner, JOFE Services GroupA talented business management professional, with extensive business and product development expertise, Mr. Johnston served 18 years in senior management positions. Most notably as the founder and President of GRR Aerosols Inc, a patented hazardous waste recycling operation. Recognized as an industry leader, Mr. Johnston took this company from start-up to the successful sale of the company. Joining Sanimax in 2005 in the role of Vice President, Corporate Development and responsible for all Corporate and product Development and Capital Budgets in excess of 30 MM dollars. In addition to this, he oversaw all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. David is recognized as a progressive leader and the driving force behind new technologies, research and development, and product development. Mr. Johnston was also a board member of the Fats & Protein Research Foundation and is a corporate strategic supporter of the University of Alberta’s research Program. A founding partner of JOFE Services Group, Mr. Johnston currently works with companies on business and product development.
