The group is listed on the AIM marketAs the Group MOT & Aftersales Equipment Manager, I\'m responsible for a engineering Field Services team on a national scale, providing predictive maintenance, statutory inspections and MOT Compliance for our Dealership Aftersales Network.My role is to develop and manage PPM and reactive service programme to ensure aftersales equipment availability and optimum reliability. Identify and Implement engineering operational improvements to maintain the technical goals of the business to enable delivery of an outstanding customer experience within our national Aftersales Departments.Negotiate contracts and purchases of capital equipment including support services to ensure best conditions for the Group. Design operational improvements within the Aftersales Departments when supporting for the internal property department during New Dealership design and build or refurbishment projects. This including addressing any future potential needs through robust financial and operational planning for presentation to the PLC Board.Management of sub-contractors to ensure SLA\'s are inline with Group expectations.Additional duties include the management of the Groups Used Car Warranty department responsible for delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
