With discipline of M.E.P, Structural Steel and Concrete, along with Building envelop systems I like to provide value and leadership to all parties involved. Job site safety, logistics, schedules are a passion of mine that I like to incorporate into add the value to the teams. I have been able to lead, manage, cultivate, and mentor my fellow colleagues through intent and solid communication. Arbitration and leading negotiation that involved difficult conversation with owner, design team and the sub-contractors along with the jurisdiction having authority have been paramount in my overall success. Conducting owner meetings, daily huddles and assessing risk and practical solutions using visual aids along with technology is a part of the primary tools to build lasting relationships is also a target goal.
