My role as Pre-construction Director involves the management of major offsite projects in the residential and hotel sectors from inception through to contract award stage. I work closely with developers, public and private sector construction clients, and contractors in the UK and internationally to develop innovative technical solutions using VBC’s advanced offsite technologies.Headquartered in Philadelphia, VBC is one of the world’s largest modular businesses. In the UK, VBC specialises in innovative steel-framed offsite solutions for the build-to-rent, affordable housing, student accommodation, and hotel sectors. Our approach to construction is highly efficient, cost-effective, faster, and has significantly less environmental impact than in-situ construction.
