I lead on several projects including introducing RC-TCODs (Remote Control Track Circuit operating clips) to provide additional protection to track workers. I’m also lead on implementing T3D (Disconnection) & T3A (Activation) into the Wales route to reduce boots on ballast improving safety and efficiency when working in possessions. Along side this work I also head up independent assurance across the Wales route supporting our teams in being compliant to the 019 standard.
