I currently work as a Sales Manager for CATL US. I\'ve spent the last 10 years developing my sales skills and market knowledge of the automotive industry (ICE & EV). Throughout that time I\'ve had the opportunity to see many different facets of the sales and marketing role from back office work to pursuing new business. Along the way I\'ve gotten to work with a variety of functional groups, customers and cultures as well as travel globally. All of these experiences have expanded my understanding on what it takes to lead a team and a company towards achieving their goals.I\'m grateful for the experiences I\'ve had and always look to pursue a new challenge. I work to better myself everyday on the job and in my own personal life. I\'m a naturally curious person that enjoys digging deeper and taking ownership of the \"total process\".
