I am a Senior Program Officer (SPO) and Team Leader in the National Cooperative Highway Research Program, a national transportation research program managed by the Transportation Research Board. I lead a team of SPOs in managing NCHRP research projects with emphasis on administrative topics such as knowledge management, human resources, and right-of-way/utilities. I retired from Georgia DOT in September 2019 with over 25 years of service. Off the clock, I\'m a happily married father of five and an avid reader of the Bible and good books across the genres.
