Main responsibilities:Immediately following the acquisition of Gamer Network by Reed Exhibitions, responsibility for the set-up of an in-house finance department including staff hiring and training, establishing reporting, full transactional accounting, and transitioning to GAAP in line with the requirements of the listed parent company.Responsible for the financial and internal control integration of the acquired company into the parent structure, processes and systems including ERP transitioning (Sage to GBS Oracle).Main Achievements:Successfully integrated the acquired Company into the RELX financial reporting and internal control frameworks together with ensuring statutory and tax compliance
