While AI language models are set to revolutionize our work methods, ensuring the security of processed information is paramount. To address this, I have taken the lead in AI governance initiatives focused on information security, paving the way for the safe implementation of AI-supported applications.Helping employees of BayernLB to seucre their environment, thier processes and their information by doing SWIFT CSCF assessments, Protection Requirement Analyzis, Structural Analyzis, Information Security Risk Management and Awareness trainings. The goal is it to increase the security of BayernLBs information based on ISMS (ISO2700x), MaRisk, BAIT, NIST and IT-Grundschutz- Spearheaded AI governance initiatives in information security for implementing KI-supported applications- Main contact for foreign branches in regard to the protection requirement analysis (PRA)- Implementation and steering of the guidelines of internal audits and external audits - Strong cooperation with SWIFT and auditing companies like SWIFT, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte and others- Supporting colleagues in structural analysis, information security risk management, ISMS audit- Monitoring of the implementation of internal guidelines in regard to the 2nd line of defense activities - Reduction of complexity of PRA process by 1/3 by harmonizing the process for 900 assets and 300 processes by instantly checking the processed information of each asset and process- Decrease of the turnaround time from 1,5 years to 10 month by coaching employees on site and especialy colleagues of the foreign branches like New York, London, Paris and Milan

Information Security as the Core – Payments as Expertise – AI Security as the Next FrontierMy career has been both diverse and consistent: from my family’s amusement ride business in Bavaria, I entered the world of payments, where I spent many years building and leading eBanking and cash management platforms across more than 16 countries. This experience provided me with deep technical and regulatory expertise as well as the ability to successfully manage complex international programs.Today, my main focus is information security in the financial sector.
