ABOUT DAVID J. JASMUND
David knows all too well the emotional turmoil business owners encounter when facing the prospect of selling a business they built from the ground up. He\'s lived through that same experience having founded and steered a small insurance company into a powerhouse that employed more than 1,200 people and generated revenues exceeding $700 million. Ultimately selling the same company without the guidance of an investment banker, David has firsthand experience as to why business owners should seek a qualified investment banker before contemplating a merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction. With hands-on insight, David skillfully advises and guides business owners through similar life-changing business transactions. David, a founding partner of PCE, has more than 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance which has led to hundreds of successful engagements. David leads PCE’s healthcare practice, but also has developed knowledge in a number of industry sectors. Understanding the intricacies of the healthcare industry, David authors a quarterly report outlining the current trends in healthcare. It is that same business insight and heartfelt empathy that have enabled David to make significant contributions to several business and charitable organizations throughout his career. He served as Co-Chairperson of MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando Board of Governors until it merged with UF Health Cancer Center. Most recently, serving as a board member for a fledgling shelter which houses homeless men battling drug and alcohol addiction, David has been instrumental in helping the organization grow, expand and provide help to many with support from public and private sectors.Industry Focus: Healthcare, Insurance, Technology and Business Services
