I focus my practice on Business Law, Angel Financing, Startup Law, Natural Resource Law(including solar and wind leases). My experience representing successful entrepreneurs resulted in my joining the Western New York Venture Association and helping to start the Buffalo Angels Where I serve as one of the managers for both funds. My avocation of making maple syrup led me to develop a natural resource practice across New York State to represent forest owners and other interested parties in timber trespass, property rights etc
