As the VP of Data Center Ops Programs, reporting to the SVP of Data Center Operations, I am responsible for multiple different initiatives including the qualification program, physical security, continuous improvement, technical programs, and related system integration. My current initiatives are: Develop comprehensive understanding of training and employee development needs by analyzing current training programs Responsible for management of complex enterprise programs; ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specs, schedules and budgets. Responsible for driving multiple programs from project initiation through implementation, realization, and project life cycle. Provide hands on leadership and subject matter expertise to teams for large complex integration programs with sub projects, programs. Responsible for the team leading the drill training program, driving operational learning and measured response Other key programs: CMMS database and system administration Fault and causal tracking and related follow up root cause analysis Disaster Recovery SME, Safety Team Lead, BCP member Work with the VP of Data Center Operations for service delivery initiatives.
