My practice focuses on business transactions and commercial litigation with an emphasis on the representation of franchise companies. I counsel franchisors on various matters including franchise disclosure and regulatory compliance, as well as providing day-to-day business counseling. I routinely draft franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements and represent franchisor and other commercial clients in litigation with an emphasis on the enforcement of franchise agreements and commercial contracts. The firm represents private equity with regards to the purchase and due diligence review of franchise systems.
