Currently, I am managing the supply-side APQP process globally for BWI Suspension Systems. We are operating in 3 regions (NA - EU - AP) with local supervisors and staff in each region. With over 1100 active supplier globally, we manager a large supply base. My philosophy in managing the supply base focuses on \"going to the site\". Nothing can replace the understanding of how a supplier manages their operation like seeing it in person.
