   Consulted and technically advised PJM\'s Data & Analytics department in a large cross functional team on their \"green field\" Data Lake project. Elicited and documented requirements by running several week long workshops with the D&A team and with selected vendor Accenture. Served as liaison between the business community and IT engineers. After requirements sign-off, worked with both side\'s Project Managers and Tech Leads to ensure that all requirements were clearly understood and development would meet expectations. Solution includes Data Quality review, Meta Data capture, Purview and Unity Catalogue. Currently I work with PJM business area SME\'s to develop priority use cases for data ingestion into the Data Lake: Document requirements for use cases, profile critical data elements and create documentation for Data Engineering. Work with Tech Lead in development and troubleshooting of technical issues with ingestion pipelines. Assist QA team with validating data uptake and processing into the various levels in the Data Lake.Highlights:First year we met 2023 corporate goal expectations with the 5 minute load forecast in the data lake and creation of an Ad-hoc Data Lake environment.Last year we exceeded 2024 expectations with the delivery of Generator Performance Analytics and Single Source Fuel Price.This year we are working toward an ambitious corporate goal schedule while opening up the Data Lake to the PJM community
