ABOUT DAVID HOOSON-JONES

My working experience has seen me develop both at project and management level; having brought value to each commission or role I am involved in by careful planning; organization; delegation; co-ordination and commitment; as well as good commercial acumen, balancing delivering a service right first time within the budgetary confines of a commission. I have a wealth of experience delivering core building surveying services including design, pre & post contract administration, diagnosing cause and mechanisms of failure and advising on remedial measures, party wall duties, quality monitoring and pre-acquisition / technical due diligence surveys for a variety of private and public sector clients across the UK and Europe.Here at Watts, we’ve built a business around really understanding our clients.
