In my role as a Senior Product Manager at Opencast, I lead the strategy and delivery of user‑centred digital products for clients across government, healthcare and other purpose‑driven sectors. I focus on solving complex problems, shaping product vision, and ensuring the services we build deliver meaningful outcomes for users and organisations- Own product strategy end‑to‑end, developing a deep understanding of client goals and translating them into clear product definitions and roadmaps- Lead discovery and user‑centred design, facilitating workshops and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to uncover needs and generate impactful solutions- Drive delivery across cross‑functional teams, ensuring products balance user needs with business outcomes and meet client expectations- Manage senior stakeholders, acting as the bridge between clients and engineering, design, and delivery teams to maintain alignment and momentum- Solve complex, high‑scale challenges, contributing to services that reach large audiences across the UK and deliver meaningful public value.
