Chromeleon is the software system that controls Thermo Fisher Ion Chromatography machines for automation.Equipment setup for various testing at the part level and system level for ion chromatography instruments. Test setup and execution include: firmware testing, electrolytics testing, thermal testing, conductivity detector testing, pump testing, TTL testing, & Relay testing, system interaction testing, and system applications testing.Created and edited test plans, test instructions, and work instructions for testing ion chromatography machines. Conducted preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on Ion Chromatography machines.Drafted Design of Experiments(DOE) and test plans for characterization of new Ion Chromatography products and machines and conducted characterization testing that followed. Data analysis/data processing and created presentations of the results from testing Ion Chromatography machines.
