About David Hincher

Over 30 years of experience in architectural practice, leading higher education, government, and science /technology projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, and New York. I am energized by crafting client-centered solutions, integrated design processes rooted in genuine collaboration, and creating environmentally responsive buildings that promote occupant well-being. I was a member of the task force for the National AIA COTE Framework for Design Excellence. This framework aims to bridge the information gap for all design professionals, enabling them to create sustainable, resilient, and healthy buildings and communities.I am the 2027 President-Elect for the AIA Philadelphia Chapter, after serving three years on their Board of Directors as Director of Sustainability & Preservation.
