About David Hill

David Hill, DBIA is a National executive leader in the water & wastewater, transportation, and heavy civil infrastructure construction industry. He is a recognized advocate of design-build delivery methods for both public and private entities and has 28 plus years of combined experience in construction & design, manufacturing, operations, design-build delivery, and client services. He serves on multiple DBIA committees, the technical committee of the Water Collaborative Delivery Association (WCDA) and served his community as a volunteer county parks and recreation commissioner & treasurer for several years, where his leadership led to the development of master planning and delivery of capital projects utilizing DBIA best practices. Dave is known for his hands-on experience, straight forward integrity, strong communication skills, and forward thinking to drive innovation & change in the industry. In fact, some of the very first water & wastewater collaborative delivery projects in Mid-Atlantic were successfully performed under Dave’s leadership. As an industry leader, with the opportunity to contribute differentiating results, Dave believes we are personally charged to leverage our talents and experience to improve the journey too.
