As COO and Head of Business Development, I lead Carr Renewables’ strategic growth and operational excellence across wind energy and broader renewable infrastructure initiatives. My responsibilities span executive oversight, market/opportunity expansion, and cross-functional coordination to drive scalable, compliant, and economically viable energy solutions for our customers. Solutions provided include the following - 1. Risk Management (Design and execution phases of wind/renewable projects)2.Technical Support - Independent Engineer\'s providing services such as RCA\'s, incident investigations, FEM analysis etc. Conflict Resolution - legal expert witness, technical experts, leading IPP/OEM\'s dispute resolutions on contractual and/or technical topics.4. Operational Excellence - utilizing Carr\'s extensive operational experience to optimize performance of assets, including management IPP/Asset Manager service provider contracts/acting as owners Agent, distressed asset recovery, implementation of fleet wide asset optimization and service programs covering Ops/SCM/Engineering. End Of Warranty - area of extensive expertise within Carr. Service includes turbine inspections, data analysis, contractual reviews, up to and including, formulation, negotiation and settlement of warranty claims with OEM\'s.6. Path to Self Performance - creating customer specific plans to successfully transition to \"self performing\" operations on assets, including organizational structures (technical/supply chain/operations capabilities), and ensuring required OEM\'s support maintained during transition. Life Extensions - application of Carr Renewables’ operational and asset management experience and technical know-how for Life Extension assessment though to the development of a Life Extension strategy
