Duties:• Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of the learners and the organisation. • Support the design and development of cutting-edge learning experiences that leverage digital content, gamification, social learning, and other innovative approaches. • Create new learning content, where appropriate, to address learning gaps. • Curate existing content when developing new learning experiences. This will include Co-Pilot and Cura. • Assist in conducting needs assessments and analysing learner requirements to inform the design and development process. • Contribute to the creation of assessments that measure learning outcomes and performance improvement. • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning experience design and development. • Support our learning delivery team and portfolio manager as and when required.
