The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible to the Board of Directors for conducting the affairs of the LeadingAge Michigan and its subsidiaries. Under the general direction of the board of directors, the President/CEO is responsible for leading the membership and staff of the Association in the formulation and implementation of strategic development in goals, building consensus, communicating the Association’s message to the Michigan Legislature, State Agencies and other audiences. The President and CEO also manages the advocacy initiatives and the day-to-day operations.
