My sales career started in telesales back in Over the next 15 years, I gradually developed my experience from junior roles, right through to senior roles, and eventually, to owning my first business.Over the past decade, I\'ve leveraged my entrepreneurial drive to found and co-found three key ventures: Data Protection People, Hendry Consultants, and Executive Management People.During the last 25 years years I have consistently surpassed targets, progressing from an entry-level telesales role at Diagonal to leadership positions at Boxing Orange, CNT, and Montal/Castleton. My experience during these years included selling a wide range of IT solutions, including Microsoft and web services, managed security solutions, infrastructure, contact centre, and IP telephony systems.At Data Protection People, I focused on providing comprehensive data protection and security solutions to both private and public sector clients, holding overall commercial and sales responsibility to drive growth within the competitive data protection and security solutions market.In April 2024, I made the strategic decision to step back from operational responsibilities at Data Protection People to explore new business opportunities. This transition led to the establishment of Hendry Consultants, and just a year later, in spring 2025, I also co-founded Executive Management People, a company that provides fractional C-suite support and expertise to small and medium-sized businesses.As a highly accomplished manager and leader, I excel at motivating and empowering staff. I believe in fostering an environment where individuals can thrive, and I take pride in the success of the teams I have worked alongside and led over the years.
