ABOUT DAVID HENDERSON

I worked for Lane Fox in Shropshire before joining the busy Savills office in Telford, where I was part of a team specialising in Country House sales across the West Midlands and into Cheshire. In 2009 I joined Strutt and Parker to run the residential sales department at the Shrewsbury office. In February 2014 I relocated to the North Cotswolds, returning to a part of the world where I had strong family connections and had spent much of my childhood. In January 2018 I joined the residential sales team at Savills in Stow-on-the-Wold, specialising in the sale of country property of all sizes in the North Cotswolds and the surrounding counties. I undertake market appraisals, creates tailor-made marketing strategies to present properties in the best possible way and employ negotiation skills to achieve successful sales on behalf of Savills’ clients, always providing practical overview advice to help sellers achieve their objectives and the fullest price.
