Leadership/Sponsorship– Help define why the project change is happening, how it aligns with the direction of the organization, and why it is a priority. Helping with both the people side and technical side of the change.•Prepare for Change – Develop a detailed change profile and define what success on the project looks like, focus on how the change impacts individuals, identify impacted groups and define adoption and usage, assess risk, identify potential resistance, and establish required roles.•Manage Change– Establish how to best prepare, equip, and support people who will be impacted by the change, establish a tracking calendar, identify performance strengths and opportunities, prepare adaptive actions, and continue to track performance.•Sustain Outcomes– Confirm desired results and document lessons learned, implement actions to sustain change outcomes, identify gaps and activate relevant sustainment roles, and celebrate change management successes.•Governance– Design and utilize governance policies and procedures to support regulatory environments, provide appropriate decision-making hierarchies, and align with the organizational culture.•Engagement–Regularly meet with leadership and directors across the organization to connect the policy, communications, engineering, systems, sales, and financial aspects required to successfully complete projects and reporting.
