MOI is a creative agency that pushes B2B brands to be braver and edgier. We make people sit up and notice their message. We turn the heads of those who count. Today’s B2B buyers want the same creativity, excitement and ease-of-use they’ve been getting from B2C for years, and we help B2B brands give it to them. I’ve been at MOI Global for over 30 years, so I think it’s safe to say I really like it here. My role is incredibly diverse with many responsibilities as a company director, but my real passion and focus is on the people and resulting culture at MOI. I work closely with people at all levels, and I get to see what makes them tick and watch and help them grow as individuals and as business professionals. It fills me with pride to see personal growth and success in the company. I support and encourage the resulting inspiration and skills development for all staff whether present or future, to contribute to the agency progression and be an integral part of this dynamic and exciting, connected employee journey at MOI Global.
