ABOUT DAVID HATCH

Law Enforcement 2004 to 2024. Retired as Corporal in Investigations.I was employed with City of Springfield, MO as a Law Enforcement Officer for 20.5 years as a Patrolman for 10 years and a Detective in the Property Crimes Bureau 4 years. Patrol Corporal the Major Crime Scene investigator, and Acting Sergeant; I have been a Corporal assigned to the Special Victims Unit and Domestic Violence Units for 6.5 years. I investigated Adult Sex Crimes, Domestic Assaults, Harrassments, Missing Juveniles, and terroristic threats and Acting Supervisor in his absence. I have attend ed LPO School, Tactical Supervisor School, CPTED, Homicide Investigations Course, Missing and Exploited Children Course, Sex Trafficking, Sexual Assault Training, Domestic Violence Courses, Crisis Negotiator Course, and I served as an active member of the Crisis Negotiator Team. I also served on the Homicide Response team for six years.Retired Command Sergeant Major MajorI have served over 30 years in both the Active Component, and the Missouri Army National Guard mainly as a 31B (Military Police). I was selected as Battalion Command Sergeant Major In December of 2016 and served as the 1140th Battalion Sergeant Major for the past 6 years. I am a graduate of the United States Army Sergeant Major Academy. I retired in February 2024.
