With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning national defense and enterprise SaaS environments, I am a retired U.S. Navy Captain, Naval Flight Officer, and executive leader focused on aligning strategy, execution, and performance at scale.As Commander of Electronic Attack Wing U.S. Pacific Fleet, I led the readiness, training, and operational integration of 160 aircraft and more than personnel across a global mission portfolio. I directed multi-billion-dollar capability integration efforts, managed large-scale budgets and risk frameworks, and operated at the Top Secret / SCI level with extensive experience in Special Access Program (SAP) environments. My work required disciplined governance, strategic planning, and cross-service coordination to deliver mission success under complex and high-stakes conditions.Today, as Vice President of Sales for a national ERP and Payments SaaS provider serving local governments, I apply that same enterprise discipline to commercial growth and organizational performance.
