29+ years In the Poultry Industry, Starting in Maint. in 1995. I have worked in Evisceration, Cut-up, and Debone. In 2006 I began my career as a Service Tech with Dapec/Meyn Specializing in fast food and Cut-up Machines. During my Career with Meyn I learned the Vision-grading System, Electrical, and the rebuilding side of Evis equipment. In 2012 I started with Foodmate USA as a Service Engineer, Servicing and Installing Cut-up and Debone equipment and helping in R&D. During my 14 years with Foodmate I held different roles including Site Mgr, Yield Specialist and Customer Care Sales Mgr. I learned and reatined alot of knowledge in the different roles of my career. In March of 2025 I accepted a position with Baader Food Systems as a PM Sales Mgr.
