I have a successful, broad based track record working in IT covering service management and client facing consultancy roles, through to software development, hardware and technical support. I have a strong background in service provision covering most of the ITIL processes along with the Service Desk function. I am a red badge holder, having achieved my Managers Certificate in IT Service Management. I have created, trained and managed service and support teams that have gained plaudits for excellence in service delivery. I am a positive, hard working individual, enjoying client facing roles and roles where I can develop and use my expertise to best advantage. A strong communicator, I am used to developing commercial and marketing opportunities when meeting clients. Having been trained by the Constabulary, I regularly help with the interview and promotion panels for the recruitment and transfer of staff and Police Officers.
