ABOUT DAVID HANSON

Dave Hanson is Vice President of Business Development for the Attain Group Inc. Dave joined the Attain Group 14 years ago, drawn by their vision of creating raving fans with creative and vendor-agnostic designs in the ICT industry. He believes clients are looking for safe, sustainable, and connected Smart buildings. He helps realize these opportunities by guiding clients through customizable solutions that they can capitalize on now and build on in the future. Dave has been in the telecommunications business for more than 35 years. He has extensive knowledge of Information and Communications (ICT) industry and standards (RCDD). He has gained extensive expertise in all aspects of Security Systems, Audio-Visual and Multimedia, Telephony, VoIP, Network, Information Transportation Systems (copper and fibre optics), Wireless technologies and telecommunications pathways and spaces. As a V.P. and GM of Attain, he provides leadership and supports the team’s vision of meeting and exceeding client expectations. In his most recent role as interim V.P. Business Development, Dave is leading the charge in building a client-centric acquisition and retention strategy to support Attain’s continued growth across Canada. Outside of the office, He is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (BICSI – RCDD) and a member of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International). Dave was the founder and owner of Consolidated Communications Inc, Netricom Inc, Plus Technology Group, a graduate of Algonquin College and former teacher at Algonquin providing students skills in the Art and Science of Welding.
