Embarking on a new Elite 3E Implementation or upgrading? Looking for additional Elite 3E in house resource / Elite 3E support / Elite 3E Application Consultant / Elite 3E UAT resource for your Elite 3E project? I may be able to help. Potential immediate part time availability. I work alongside the in house finance teams to help configure and set up Elite 3E in the best way for your business including some of the more technical set ups such as GL Masking, Billing workflows, Rate structures, reporting (3E reporting metrics) etc, advising on potential customisations and assistance with testing and UAT. Expert knowledge of Elite 3E set up and configuration. My focus is to work alongside the internal project and finance teams to help them achieve a successful move to Elite 3E and advise on the best way to set up and configure this complex product. I can add that extensive level of product knowledge that can be missing when undertaking a project of this complexity. The areas I have covered include the following: • Working as the implementation consultant on the Elite 3E project through to go live and beyond. • Review of Accounting processes to make best use of 3E functionality • Creation, review and update as required of system set ups for Billing (Including Masking), Accounts Payable, and General Ledger • Advising on updated GL Structures • Assistance with design spec and testing of new 3E templates for Billing etc, new Billing Workflows, and new KPI reports. • Assistance delivering initial training for finance dept group • Assistance with data conversion testing and liaising with the Elite project team to fix issues arising • Go live and Post go live support and process refinement • Testing of BI Reporting Dashboards and UAT testing • Liaison throughout with the Elite project team Specialties: accountancy, accounts payable, billing, general ledger, reports, staff training, Elite 3E, Elite 3E 2.8, Elite 3E 2.9, Elite 3E business analyst, Elite 3E functional analyst and Elite 3E finance analyst, Elite 3E Masking, Elite 3E Implementation, Elite 3E configuration.
