ABOUT DAVID HANCOX
After coming out of the Royal Marines due to injury I gained a real insight into health and fitness through the extreme mentally and physically. So I trained with premier global to become a personal fitness trainer and sports massage therapist this gave me the knowledge to be able to train clients safely and effectively combining the two together. I have also just completed walking from john o\'groats to lands end by myself this was done in two parts. John o\'groats to coventry around 680 miles jan 11/dec12 6 weeks then coventry to lands end April 2014 1.5 weeks 280 miles raising money for charity along the way
