I’m a seasoned lifting operations leader with nearly three decades of experience delivering safe, efficient, and compliant lifting solutions for some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects. On HS2 (16.5km twin-bore tunnels & 3.5km viaduct), I led lifting coordination impacting 386 indirect employees and achieved an incident rate of per lifts. From Heathrow Terminal 2 to the Agratas Gigafactory, I’ve managed high-risk operations with precision and innovation.My expertise spans heavy-duty lifting, temporary works coordination, and risk mitigation, backed by NVQ Level 6 and CPCS Appointed Person credentials. I’m passionate about leveraging technology, such as AI-driven risk systems and real-time dashboards, to enhance safety and performance.I thrive in collaborative environments, aligning teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.With over 16 years of experience as an author, I also write engaging and accessible children’s adventure books designed to spark imagination and promote literacy for readers of all levels. In addition, I craft suspenseful fiction for adult audiences, drawing on universal themes and vivid storytelling inspired by my cultural roots and a deep appreciation for nature.My stories often reflect the rich landscapes and animal characters of my native country, blending educational value with entertainment.
